Emily is a former professional ballerina from Dallas, Texas, who unknowingly had HA for almost two decades. Her lifestyle as a high intensity athlete left her underweight and overworked, but in her industry, that was considered normal. After retiring from her career as a ballet dancer, Emily began to see that her missing period and relationship with her body and food was not normal at all. In the journey to start a family, Emily joined the Food Freedom and Fertility Society to find the support she needed to not only regulate her cycle but to also become a mother to her daughter, Henley, who is almost 5 months old now!
