How your Partner can Support You during Recovery

Jun 19, 2022 | Tips & Tricks for Recovery

Getting proper support during recovery from disordered eating and hypothalamic amenorrhea (HA) is huge. I think a combination for professional and social support is necessary to help you feel understood and directed on exactly what you need to in order to restore your fertility. Social support can come in a many forms. My biggest supporter was hands down my husband, Kyle.

Kyle is from Austin, TX and played college baseball for the University of Texas for 4 years. After hanging up his cleats, Kyle moved to Dallas to take his first job out of college which is where he met his now wife, Lindsey. Kyle and Lindsey have been together for 10 years, married for 6. We live in Waco, TX now with our 2 toddlers, 3 dogs, and new baby on the way coming in late 2022!
