Cynthia is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 10 years experience in the field. Serving women with Hypothalamic Amenorrhea (HA) & helping them get their period back, restore their health & find balance with food & exercise is her passion & her main focus in her practice.

Since founding the Eat to Regain Your Period Program in April 2020, She’s worked with  hundreds of women in helping them get their period & their life back.
